The Architect will visit the proposed site to take sufficient dimensions and plot it in the computer via AutoCAD software. Through site visit we will visualize the proposed design in corresponding to the landscape, location and soil conditions.
Post discussion with the client we will understand the client requirements in detail and will then design your Dream Home Plan (within the specifications mentioned by the Kerala Building Rules 2013). Before the designing phase you will also be introduced to the various architectural trends prevailed in our community so that you can make a better choice of design.
The designs will be created by pre-assembling the basic aspects of Vaastu.
The design will be finalised on client’s contentment.
After my first home being designed by Gentle Homes, there was no uncertainty for me on whom to approach to design my second home at Trivandrum City.
